ANOTHER TUESDAY NIGHT (1992, 13 Minutes)
These days most families are working families and more than half of all workers are parents. With more women returning to the workforce, the demands on families with dependent children to share responsibilities for both the household and childcare continue to grow.

Another Tuesday Night presents a dramatised situation which illustrates one family learning to resolve conflict around the issue of sharing the load.

ON ANY WEDNESDAY (1993, 10 Minutes)
Helen is juggling a job, a home, a husband and kids, plus a live-in father-in-law with arthritis. Her husband Frank is out of work. Her daughter Francesca is at university but still lives at home, and on Wednesday evenings, her son Paul comes home with his washing...

Wednesday night in this household draws together and highlights many of the dilemmas facing families today. It reveals a family struggling to come to terms with changing expectations, roles and responsibilities for who does what in the home.

These two films are designed specifically to stimulate discussion about how families and workplaces can deal with the tensions and pressures of balancing work and family responsibilities.
