Year 1991, 55 Minutes
This is the remarkable story of Guiseppe Mercuri, Italian artist, writer, poet and communist.
Guiseppe Mercuri dreamed of emigrating to Australia with his family in the 1950s. He was refused entry on account of his communist party membership and only now is able to enter the country of his dreams.
His lifetime of creative achievement has been documented by his nephew, Franco di Chiera, to provide a stimulating insight into his remarkable life.
